As I stepped out of my Reiki Masters Accreditation in Brighton and headed into the pottery for a coffee on this particular Monday morning, the universe opened up a space for me to hold you in. It's quite amazing that when you stop pushing and seeking, these moments arise, literally from nowhere.
From November 2026 I will take up home at The Farnham Pottery. From here I will offer one-to-one Reiki, signature small group sessions in Mat Pilates (Move), Meditation and Reiki (Pause), and Sound and Reiki (Reset), plus my festival-style events to nurture your mind, body, soul and spirit.
My intention is to bring more joy, love and peace into your busy world, and to teach you tools to take away and use in your everyday life, and even teach your children.

It is quiet on purpose. Nothing to keep up with, nothing to finish.
