It started in Bali
I spent my time there wandering between studios, taking whatever class was running that day. One place in particular held wellness classes of every kind through the week, and then on Sundays everyone came back together for a festival. Movement, energy, healing, music, dance, song, joyful vibrations. All of it in one room.
Each week I looked forward to it more than anything else. Not only the connection with everyone else in that room, but the connection it gave me back to myself. My body, mind, heart and soul opened to a new way of being, and I have carried it home with me since.
This is not Bali. But bringing a little piece of that morning to a barn in Hampshire is going to be truly magical.
